No. Every forward-looking number in Cribfolio — return on investment, payback period, resale lift, rent boost — is a calibrated estimate based on regional comparable data, condition signals, and industry research. Real outcomes vary by market timing, contractor choice, and the way you list. The math is honest and the assumptions are visible, but no app can promise an outcome on a remodel or refinance. Treat every projection as a planning estimate, not a guarantee.

In your private Supabase database, encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Photos are stored in row-level-secured cloud storage that only your account can read. Your data is yours — we do not sell it, we do not share it, we do not train external models on it.

Every record tied to your account is removed within thirty days — rooms, items, photos, financial data, AI grades, all of it. We do not retain anonymized copies. Deletion is final.

Yes. Before any image leaves your phone for AI processing, Cribfolio shows a consent gate that names the third-party AI provider (Anthropic Claude) and explains what is being sent and why. You can use most of the app without ever turning AI on — the consent gate is per-feature, not global. Apple's App Store rules require this and we honor the rule even where it is not strictly enforced.
